Hi Pinecone,

Most times you find it in the official rules, but other times you can assume it in the way they set up the form for completion.

i.e. The form may offer you a chance to win, but then allowing you 5 more chances if you invite friends. There's a presumption here that you can only enter once but get extra ballots for inviting friends.

One great way to test the theory, is to simply try to enter a second time and see if you get a message that you've already entered.
