Choose Your Own Adventure Contest Rules and Prize Description:
Rules:
• This contest is open to residents of the continental U.S. and Canada* only where such contests are not prohibited by law. The winner must have reached the age of majority in the place he/she resides. No entry fee is required. Each entrant is eligible to enter from the website once, and will also automatically receive an additional entry for each friend that they forward an entry form to, up to a maximum of five friends. Entry into the contest is subject to all federal, provincial, state and local laws and regulations. *Residents in the province of Quebec are not eligible to enter this contest.
• To enter, complete the required fields in the online entry form and submit.
• The grand prize winner must not have won a major prize contest from Tourism Saskatchewan within one year of the draw date (excluding Tourism Saskatchewan's annual Snap It photo contest - winners of Snap It remain eligible).
• SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS: The chances of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• The winner will be selected following the contest close on August 30, 2010 and announced when the grand prize winner is confirmed. The winner will have one year from the draw date to redeem their prize.
• By entering this contest, entrants consent to have their name and the community they reside in published. Telephone numbers, and full addresses/email addresses will not be published.
• Potential winners will be contacted by email or phone and must return the prize release form provided by Tourism Saskatchewan within seven days of receipt, to be eligible for the grand prize. A prize release form must be completed and returned in full and must confirm that the potential prize winner meets all conditions set out in this contest. Potential winners must correctly answer a mathematical-based skill testing question provided with their prize release form.
• Where winners choose packages that involve travel or physical activities there is a risk of injury or death, Tourism Saskatchewan and its prize supplier are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising out of a participant's and his/her companions' participation in this contest or the acceptance, possession or use of merchandize purchased with this prize package. Tourism Saskatchewan is not responsible for gift cards that are lost after delivery of the prize package.
• Employees of Tourism Saskatchewan and its advertising or promotional agencies and prize suppliers, along with members of their immediate family or domiciles, may not participate in this contest.
• Entry into the contest is subject to all federal, provincial, state and local laws and regulations.
• The decisions of the contest organizers are final and binding in all matters related to this contest, including but not limited to eligibility of entries and correctness of answers given to skill testing questions.

Prize Description:
One grand prize winner will be selected. Once that winner is confirmed, he/she will be asked to build their own Saskatchewan vacation package up to an amount of $5,000. The grand prize winner must select the kind of trip from those then available to Tourism Saskatchewan and Tourism Saskatchewan will use reasonable efforts to obtain a vacation package from one or more Saskatchewan suppliers matched to kind selected. Preference will be given to using Saskatchewan suppliers that are members of Tourism Saskatchewan.
Up to a value of $5,000, costs covered by Tourism Saskatchewan may include:
• Transportation directly to and within Saskatchewan;
• Accommodations in Saskatchewan and other related prize package costs in Saskatchewan;
• Supporting services such as boat and equipment rentals, guide services etc. or package components such as golf green fees, cart rentals etc. in Saskatchewan;
• Attraction and event entry fees in Saskatchewan.
• Meals and other travel costs.
Cash is not a component of this prize package and the prize cannot be substituted for its cash value. Incidental expenses are the responsibility of the prize winner.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions unless agreed to by Tourism Saskatchewan.
Prize values quoted are based on Canadian dollars.
