With Hallowe'en nearing, we're giving away Tim Hortons 3M reflective arms bands. Also, there's 30 surprise gifts available too! Qualifiers - Open to Canadians, 1 freebie per household. Arm bands limited to 30 requests and surprise gift limited to 30 gifts. We'll post an update when supplies are depleted. Valid between 12:01 am and 11:59pm EST on October 16 or while supplies last.
