The Brick Helps Canadians Displaced By BC Wild Fire #WeLoveBC

It’s great to see companies who are willing to step up and help out Canadians during a crisis.

In the most recent news report, they’ve estimated that over 17,000 people have been forced to leave their homes. Plus Williams Lake has an evacuation alert that could affect another 11,000 Canadians.

The Brick, a Canadian furniture retailer is lending a helping hand to those affected by the BC wild fires.

The Brick Donation Matching:

The Brick will be donation matching for the Red Cross. Simply stop by any Brick location in Canada, make a monetary donation and the Brick will match your donation, up to a maximum of $50,000.

The Red Cross is working with the BC Government providing relief for those affected. Dealing with disasters can be very challenging, to say the least. The Red Cross has some tips to help you cope with crisis to extreme events.

And, the Province of British Columbia has an invaluable resource site to help those people who have been evacuated from their homes.
